Description
Engineered for smooth and continuous material transfer, the Belt Conveyor System is a dependable handling solution designed to streamline product movement across various stages of industrial processing and packaging lines. Built with a durable belt assembly supported by precision rollers and a rigid structural frame, this system ensures stable conveying of granules, powders, packed pouches, agro products, and bulk materials with minimal spillage and product damage. Suitable for integration with mixers, sifters, de-seeders, and packaging machines, the Belt Conveyor enhances workflow efficiency by reducing manual handling and maintaining consistent production flow. Its customizable length, width, and belt specifications allow us to adapt the system to specific plant layouts and throughput requirements. Powered by a reliable motor-drive mechanism, the Belt Conveyor delivers low-maintenance operation, long service life, and optimized material handling performance making it an essential infrastructure component for modern manufacturing facilities.
The Belt Conveyor System is designed for continuous, and efficient conveying of materials across short or moderate distances. The conveyor can be used as a standalone unit or integrated with individual machines such as filling, packing, sieving, mixing, or sealing equipment.
The system consists of a continuous belt supported on rollers, driven by an electric motor coupled with a gearbox to ensure stable and controlled movement. Conveyor speed can be adjusted through an optional Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to match process requirements and synchronize with upstream or downstream equipment. The robust frame structure ensures durability, smooth operation, and long service life under continuous working conditions. The belt conveyor can be custom designed based on:
- Type of material being conveyed (granules, bags, pouches, cartons, bulk products, etc.)
- Required conveying distance and throughput
- Conveyor configuration (straight or inclined)
- Loading and discharge conditions
The supporting frame structure can be manufactured in Mild Steel (MS) or Stainless Steel SS-304, depending on product characteristics, hygiene requirements, and client specifications. A suitably rated HP motor will be selected based on the conveyor dimensions, conveying length, inclination, and the weight of the material to be handled.
