Engineered for controlled, stable, and continuous product movement, the Slat Conveyor System is a robust material handling solution designed for industrial processing, packaging, inspection, assembly, and product transfer applications. Unlike conventional belt conveyors, slat conveyors utilize interconnected slats manufactured from thermoplastic materials or Stainless Steel (SS), providing enhanced durability, improved load-bearing capability, and reliable conveying performance for a wide range of products and operating conditions.
The conveyor system consists of precision-linked slats mounted over a driven chain mechanism and supported on a rigid structural frame, ensuring smooth and synchronized movement throughout the conveying cycle. The slat design offers superior product stability during transfer, making the system highly suitable for handling pouches, bottles, cartons, containers, agro products, components, and bulk packaged materials with minimal slippage, spillage, or product damage.
Driven by an electric motor coupled with a gearbox, the Slat Conveyor delivers stable and controlled conveying operation under continuous industrial working conditions. Conveyor speed can be optionally regulated through a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to synchronize product flow with upstream and downstream machinery such as filling, sealing, labeling, inspection, mixing, or packaging systems.
Depending on the application, the conveyor can be configured with:

- Stainless Steel slats for heavy-duty, high-temperature, hygienic, or washdown environments
