The machine operates using a mechanical roller assembly, driven by an electric motor through a gear and chain transmission system.
Dates are fed through a single top-mounted hopper and uniformly conveyed through the rotating rollers, where controlled compressive and shearing action is applied. This mechanical motion effectively separates the seed from the date pulp. The de-seeded dates obtained at the outlet are in a slightly crushed form, which is suitable for downstream processing where further size reduction or blending is required. The machine is equipped with two side outlets for discharge of separated date seeds and one large central outlet for discharge of de-seeded date pulp. This outlet configuration ensures clear segregation of product streams and uninterrupted operation. The complete machine is fabricated from Stainless Steel (SS-304), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and suitability for wet cleaning, wash-down, and hygienic food processing environments. The SS-304 construction also prevents rust formation and contamination of the product.
Note: The Dates De-Seeder Machine delivers its highest output and best performance with dry dates. However, it can also process moderately moist or semi-wet dates within acceptable limits, depending on product condition and operating parameters.
