The venture of a young and spirited entrepreneur, ‘Sunny Solly Machines’ originated in the year 1994, is a success story in itself. Having gained acknowledgement at national as well as international markets, it has reached to an elevated position in the arena of Food Processing and Packaging machines. Situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Sunny Solly Machines has reached Pan India and also African, Middle Eastern and South Asian countries. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization with certification accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) and issued by United Registrar of Systems. Our quality management framework is structured to ensure consistent process control, regulatory compliance, and continual improvement across all operations.

Sunny Solly Machines Private Limited, promoted by Mr. Sunny Thomas and Mrs. Molly Thomas was incorporated in 1992 as a Private Limited Company based at Noida.

Mr. Thomas and his team of technocrats have pooled their technical prowess, significant experience and extensive research to develop superior technology that is highly efficient, and cost-effective for manufacturing a wide range of products providing comprehensive and customised industrial solutions. By adopting advanced, scientific manufacturing methods and mature manufacturing technologies, we have effectively shortened product manufacturing period, enhanced operation efficiency and ensured individualized demands of customers to guarantee stability and reliability of products and create perfect product quality. Our machines are custom-tailored to meet user specifications and applications.

Our Legacy

After completing his education, he started his career as a production engineer and went on to become the production manager in three years. In the year 1989 he began his entrepreneurial journey and started a firm, “Grace Dies & Tools” to manufacture of plastic moulds and dies. He soon realised that his expertise and skill set could be better utilised in machine designing and manufacturing.

After the setback he dared to follow his dream and eventually established a proprietorship firm ‘Sunny Machine Tools’ in the year 1990 where he started with the manufacture of food processing and packaging machines and realised that it was his true calling. He understood the recognition/prevalence of a private company is more beneficial than that of a proprietorship. As time passed little by little the company made strides and subsequently, Sunny Solly Machines Pvt. Ltd. came to the advent in the year of 1992. His wife supported him throughout the set-off and is also the director of the company. She has been a constant source of inspiration and motivation to the entire firm.

We have been continuously inspired and humbled by all the success we have undergone. And, to further our progress, we are inclined to deliver our pre-eminent efforts to deliver the best out of the company to the clients. Molly Thomas, Director Finance

Mrs. Molly Thomas plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial strength and operational stability of the organization. As Director overseeing Finance and Procurement, she is responsible for maintaining strong fiscal discipline, sustainable cash flow management, and strategic sourcing practices. Her meticulous vendor evaluation and procurement strategies ensure that only premium-grade raw materials and components are sourced—balancing quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Varughese Thomas, General Manager

With a distinguished background rooted in military discipline, Mr. Varughese Thomas brings structure, accountability, and operational rigor to the organization. As General Manager, he oversees organizational processes, compliance systems, and internal governance frameworks. He is responsible for managing logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatches, coordinated supply chain movement, and seamless delivery execution across domestic and international markets.

Mr. Varughese also oversees the company’s legal and regulatory compliance functions, including ISO certifications, statutory registrations, and industrial accreditations such as MSME and Indian Industries Association (IIA) memberships. His meticulous attention to documentation, regulatory adherence, and process compliance ensures that the organization operates within established legal frameworks while maintaining industrial quality standards. Biju Thomas, Production Manager

Mr. Biju Thomas serves as the Production Manager and is widely recognized for his highly hands-on, technical, and practical approach to manufacturing. With strong engineering acumen and in-depth understanding of mechanical systems, he plays a crucial role in translating design concepts into robust, high-performance machinery. His involvement spans shop-floor supervision, precision fabrication oversight, quality validation, and process refinement.

Sahil Thomas, Director Operations

An engineering graduate with a progressive and innovation-driven mindset, Mr. Sahil Thomas represents the next phase of technological expansion within the organization. In 2017, he founded Genesis Technopack as a dedicated Research & Development initiative focused on advanced Packaging Machinery. After three years of focused innovation and product development, the entity was strategically integrated into Sunny Solly Machines Pvt. Ltd. in 2020. Under his leadership, the company successfully entered the Pneumatic and Servo-Driven Automatic Pouch Packaging Machine segment, significantly expanding its automation capabilities.

Today, the organization manufactures over 18 varieties of packaging machines across multiple configurations, serving diverse industry requirements. Mr. Sahil continues to spearhead technological advancement with plans to further expand into Horizontal Flow Wrap, Pick-Fill Seal, Continuous Motion Packaging Systems and Bakery Automation Solutions, strengthening the company’s position in the fully automated food processing and packaging domain. His forward-thinking approach ensures that Sunny Solly remains aligned with global automation trends, precision control systems, and smart manufacturing technologies.

Infrastructure & Capabilities

Sunny Solly Machines operates from a fully equipped manufacturing facility located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The facility supports the complete machine manufacturing process, from material preparation and precision machining to fabrication, assembly, electrical integration, quality inspection and final dispatch.
Our in-house manufacturing infrastructure includes multiple drilling machines, lathe machines, milling machines, arc welding systems, argon TIG welding machines, band saw cutting machines, hydraulic bending machines, hydraulic surface grinders and acetylene gas cutting equipment. These capabilities enable controlled production, accurate component fabrication and efficient execution of customised industrial machinery projects.

The manufacturing operations are supported by experienced teams of machinists, welders, fabricators, fitters, electricians, machine operators and service engineers. Their combined technical expertise allows Sunny Solly Machines to manufacture, assemble, test, install and service a wide range of food processing, packaging and material handling machinery. By maintaining core manufacturing and engineering activities within our Noida facility, we retain greater control over product quality, production timelines, machine customisation and after-sales support. Every machine is manufactured with a focus on structural strength, functional reliability, operational efficiency and long-term industrial performance.
