The Cutter Cum Sifter Machine is a robust and efficient processing unit designed for uniform cutting and simultaneous grading of products such as betel nut (supari), dry fruits, dates (khajoor), gooseberry (amla), broken wheat (dalia) herbal materials, and similar agro products. The machine combines cutting and sifting operations into a single compact system, ensuring consistent output with minimal manual handling.
The cutting assembly is equipped with hardened and precision-engineered blades that cut the incoming product uniformly. Cut size control is achieved using a curved perforated sheet which contains precision-drilled holes of the specified diameter, corresponding to the desired cut size. Only material achieving the required size passes through the perforations, while oversized material remains within the cutting chamber for further cutting.
Once the desired cut size is achieved, the product automatically passes through the sifting assembly, where grading is performed through an inclined oscillating sieve operating in a controlled to-and-fro motion driven by a single motor. This process effectively separates fine dust and undersized particles from the usable product. The graded material is then discharged through a dedicated outlet for collection or further processing.
The machine is designed for continuous operation, low maintenance, and consistent performance, making it suitable for medium- to high-capacity production environments.
