The Disc Cup Filler is a precision-engineered manual volumetric filling system ideal for granule products such as seeds, pulses, snacks, and similar free-flowing materials. The Manual Disc Cup Filler is a compact and economical filling solution designed for accurate and repeatable filling of free-flowing powders, granules, seeds, pulses, spices, chemical, pharmaceutical, and similar dry products into pre-made pouches, bottles, jars, or tins.
The filling system comprises of a round rotating disc with calibrated volumetric cups, which discharge the required quantity of product per cycle by gravity. Product is filled into the volumetric cup from the infeed hopper and discharged through a funnel-type outlet, where the container is manually positioned for each filling operation.
The filler is equipped with a motor-driven system, controlled via a PLC in combination with either a VFD drive, or a clutch-brake mechanism, allowing precise control over dosing speed and operation timing. Operation can be performed manually using a foot pedal or push-button switch, providing flexibility and ease of use for batch or small-scale production. All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel (SS-304).
