The SS-40 by Sunny Solly Machines is an advanced Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging solution engineered for high-speed 3-side seal pouch packaging in demanding food and FMCG production environments. Designed for small-sized pouches and high-volume output, this model introduces a significant functional upgrade with its pneumatically actuated batch-cutting mechanism, enabling manufacturers to produce either individual cut pouches or perforated chains within the same operational cycle. This added flexibility enhances packaging versatility, improves downstream handling, and supports diverse distribution formats. The VFFS Model: SS-40 is recommended for packing xxxx gm of xxxxx into heat sealable laminated film pouches. It is operated by a single motor coupled with a gearbox, which drives a set of combination gear assemblies to synchronously perform continuous pouch forming, filling and sealing functions, ensuring optimal performance and precise coordination. Cam-operated top and bottom sealers are integrated with batch-cutting system for either single pouches or perforated chain of pouches.
The filling system comprises of a round rotating disc with calibrated volumetric cups, which discharge the required quantity of product directly into the formed pouch by gravity.
This machine is designed for durability and low maintenance, making it ideal for continuous production environments. All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel (SS-304).
