The SS-100 is a robust and high-capacity pneumatic Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machine engineered for precision centre seal pouch packaging across a wide spectrum of industries. Designed for manufacturers seeking scalable automation and larger fill capacities, this model efficiently handles granules, free-flowing powders, and hardware components through interchangeable filling systems including Volumetric Cup, Auger Screw and Infeed Conveyor configurations. Its independent motor-driven forming and filling assemblies, combined with pneumatically actuated sealing and PLC-based control with touch HMI, ensure superior accuracy, consistent pouch quality, and optimized production throughput. The VFFS Model: SS-100 (Auger Screw variant) is recommended for packing xxxx gm of xxxxx into heat sealable laminated film pouches. It is operated by two gearbox-coupled motors and one servo motor driving separate mechanical assemblies for pouch forming and filling, with pneumatic systems handling sealing operations; all functions are synchronously controlled by a PLC to ensure precise coordination, optimal performance, and reliable operation. Pneumatically actuated top and bottom sealers are integrated with batch-cutting system for either single pouches or perforated chain of pouches.
The filling system comprises a servo motor-driven auger screw mechanism that rotates within the product hopper to measure and convey the product downward, dispensing a precise and consistent quantity through controlled revolutions of the helical screw directly into the formed pouch, making it suitable for powdery products. Additionally, the hopper is fitted with an agitator (stirrer) powered by a dedicated motor-gearbox assembly, which continuously conditions the product to prevent compaction, or solidification, thereby maintaining uniform bulk density and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted feeding into the auger screw mechanism.
The electrical panel is designed incorporating components from Schneider, Omron, L&T, Selec, Unison and Connectwell. It features a user-friendly interface for ease of operation and an improved customer experience. All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel (SS-304).
