The VFFS Model: SS-10 is recommended for packing xxxx gm of xxxxx into heat sealable laminated film pouches. It is operated by a single motor coupled with a gearbox, which drives a set of combination gear assemblies to synchronously perform continuous pouch forming, filling and sealing functions, ensuring optimal performance and precise coordination.
The filling system comprises of a round rotating disc with calibrated volumetric cups, which discharge the required quantity of product directly into the formed pouch by gravity.
This machine is designed for durability and low maintenance, making it ideal for continuous production environments. All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel (SS-304).
