The VFFS Model: SS-25 is recommended for packing xxxx gm of xxxxx into heat sealable laminated film pouches. It is operated by a single motor coupled with a gearbox, which drives a set of combination gear assemblies to synchronously perform continuous pouch forming, filling and sealing functions, ensuring optimal performance and precise coordination. This variant is additionally equipped with a dedicated zipper application mechanism, wherein a roller arrangement with a machined guide groove accurately feeds and positions the zipper strip onto the pouch opening during the sealing cycle. These resealable zipper pouches allow end users to open and reclose the pack conveniently for repeated product use.
The filling system comprises of a round rotating disc with calibrated volumetric cups, which discharge the required quantity of product directly into the formed pouch by gravity.
