The Manual Liquid Piston Filler is a compact and economical filling solution designed for filling liquids, semi-viscous products, oils, syrups, chemicals, and food-grade liquids into pre-made pouches, bottles, jars, or tins.
The filling system comprises of a pneumatically actuated piston mechanism with a dedicated multi-cylinder configuration, where one cylinder drives the piston to draw liquid from the hopper and discharge it through the filling nozzle, a second cylinder actuates a directional control valve to switch between suction and discharge phases, and a third cylinder operates an anti-drip shut-off at the nozzle to prevent leakage. The discharged liquid flows through a funnel or nozzle-type outlet, where the container is positioned during each filling cycle.
The filler is equipped with a PLC-based control system for precise timing and stroke control of the pneumatic cylinders, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. The filling cycle is initiated manually via a foot pedal or push-button switch, allowing the operator to control each dosing operation individually providing flexibility and ease of use for batch or small-scale production. All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel (SS-304).
