The cutting assembly is equipped with hardened and precision-engineered blades that cut the incoming product uniformly. Cut size control is achieved using a curved perforated sheet which contains precision-drilled holes of the specified diameter, corresponding to the desired cut size. Only material achieving the required size passes through the perforations, while oversized material remains within the cutting chamber for further cutting. The machine is suitable for applications requiring reliable primary cutting prior to further downstream processing, grading, or packaging.
