Depending on the selected filling configuration, the formed pouch can be filled through a disc cup filler for free-flowing granules, an auger screw filler for powders and similar materials, or an infeed conveyor filler for hardware components and irregular products. Built on a rigid heavy-duty frame, featuring a rubber belt pulling system, advanced pneumatic sealing, high-precision colour mark sensing, PID-regulated heating elements, and a PLC-based touch screen interface for real-time monitoring and parameter control, the SS-250 Common Bagger offers stable and consistent performance for industrial-scale operations seeking maximum output, durability, and seamless product versatility within a single automated bagging system. Pneumatically actuated top and bottom sealers are integrated with batch-cutting system for either single pouches or perforated chain of pouches. Laminate feeding is achieved through pneumatically pressurised rubber belts, providing smooth and consistent laminate flow.
The disc cup filling system comprises of a round rotating disc with calibrated volumetric cups, which discharge the required quantity of product directly into the formed pouch by gravity. The auger screw filling system comprises a servo motor–driven auger screw mechanism that rotates within the product hopper to measure and convey the product downward, dispensing a precise and consistent quantity through controlled revolutions of the helical screw directly into the formed pouch, making it ideal for powdery products. Additionally, the hopper is fitted with an agitator (stirrer) powered by a dedicated motor-gearbox assembly, which continuously conditions the product to prevent compaction, or solidification, thereby maintaining uniform bulk density and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted feeding into the auger screw mechanism. The infeed conveyor filling system comprises of a 3-metre belt/slat conveyor with partitioned sections/buckets that carry the required quantity of the product into the infeed funnel and then discharged directly into the formed pouch by gravity through the collar pipe. The weigher filling system comprises a 10/14-head Multihead Weigher (Make: Gantan), which accurately measures and discharges the required quantity of product directly into the formed pouch by gravity.
The electrical panel is designed incorporating components from Schneider, Omron, L&T, Selec, Unison and Connectwell. It features a user-friendly interface for ease of operation and an improved customer experience. All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel (SS-304).
