The VFFS Model: SS-20 is recommended for packing xxxx gm of xxxxx into heat sealable laminated film pouches. It is operated by a single motor coupled with a gearbox, which drives a set of combination gear assemblies to synchronously perform continuous pouch forming, filling and sealing functions, ensuring optimal performance and precise coordination.
The filling system comprises of a round rotating disc with calibrated volumetric cups, which discharge the required quantity of product directly into the formed pouch by gravity.
