The SS-50 is a next-generation entry-level pneumatic Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machine, designed as a strategic upgrade from fully mechanical systems to a more advanced electro-mechanical and pneumatic configuration. The VFFS Model: SS-50 is recommended for packing xxxx gm/kg of xxxxx into heat sealable laminated film pouches. It is operated by a single motor with gearbox, combined with an electro-mechanical clutch-brake and pneumatic systems, which enables coordinated transmission through a combination gear assemblies to synchronously perform intermittent pouch forming, filling and sealing functions, ensuring optimal performance and high precision. Pneumatically actuated top and bottom sealers are integrated with batch-cutting system for either single pouches or perforated chain of pouches.
The filling system comprises of a round rotating disc with calibrated volumetric cups, which discharge the required quantity of product directly into the formed pouch by gravity.
All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel (SS-304).
