The SS-75 is a compact, high-performance PLC-controlled pneumatic Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machine engineered for versatile and multi-product packaging applications. Designed to handle granules, free-flowing powders, and liquids with precision, this model supports interchangeable filling systems including Volumetric Cup, Auger Screw, and Liquid Piston, making it a flexible solution for diverse production requirements. Capable of producing both 3-side and 4-side sealed pouches, the SS-75 combines independent motor-driven forming and filling assemblies with pneumatically actuated sealing for superior control, accuracy, and sealing strength. The VFFS Model: SS-75 (Liquid Piston variant) is recommended for packing xxxx ml of xxxxx into heat sealable laminated film pouches. It is operated by a single gearbox-coupled motor driving separate mechanical assembly for pouch forming, with pneumatic systems handling filling and sealing operations; all functions are synchronously controlled by a PLC to ensure precise coordination, optimal performance, and reliable operation. Pneumatically actuated top and bottom sealers are integrated with batch-cutting system for either single pouches or perforated chain of pouches.

The liquid filling system employs a pneumatically actuated piston mechanism with a dedicated multi-cylinder configuration, where one cylinder drives the piston to draw liquid from the hopper and discharge it through the filling nozzle, a second cylinder actuates a directional control valve to switch between suction and discharge phases, and a third cylinder operates an anti-drip shut-off at the nozzle to prevent leakage and ensure precise, clean filling into the formed pouches.
