The Vibro Sifter is a high-efficiency screening and grading machine designed for fine, accurate, and multi-stage separation of powders, granules, and similar materials. The machine operates on the principle of vertical vibration, generated by a specially designed vibratory motor mounted on the sifter assembly.
The machine features a fully Stainless Steel (SS-304) construction, ensuring hygiene, corrosion resistance, and suitability for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical applications.
Material is fed from the top inlet into the upper chamber, which is enclosed by a tight-fitting lid secured with a mechanical locking mechanism to prevent spillage and dust escape during operation. The product then passes through an interchangeable Stainless Steel (SS-304) sieve, where separation occurs based on particle size.
Sieved material passes through the screen and is discharged via a dedicated outlet connected to a discharge pipe. Oversized or un-sieved material may either remain in the upper chamber or be discharged through an optional additional outlet.
The Vibro Sifter is available in Single-deck model (one stage separation), Double-deck model (two-stage separation using two different sieve sizes) or Triple-deck model (three-stage separation using three different sieve sizes)
Each deck produces a separate outlet, allowing multiple product grades to be obtained simultaneously in a single operation.
Note: Sifter dimensions, sieve dimension and sieve configuration can be customized based on product characteristics and batch size. Sieving performance may vary depending on material density, moisture content, and operating conditions.
